Why you want to be Moderator:I feel like I should be a moderator because I am a very mature and funny individual. I am willing to help out as many people on server as much as possible(although I do now but I haven't got powers so I can't do it effectively)I have very effective communication skills and I am always communicating with people on server as much as I can.I am a really nice person on server and I am willing to put as much as I can I to the server as it it great and I want to contribute to help it grow/expand.I feel like if I were to become staff people would ask me questions more occasionally as some other staff are not replying now to others' questions and I would reply to the players as soon as possible.I also treat all people in server the same no matter what rank they are I would treat all the same and I think I would be appreciated for that.Also, I always listen to staff orders etc so When I get asked something I will respond if needed to.I also am not the type of person to abuse and do anything wrong as Like I said I an very mature.
What makes you unique:what makes me unique is that I am actually very good with my communication for my age and my skills as being staff is very advanced.I will always try my best to help out on server so that is what makes me unique.

NLR:new life rule means that you cannot go back to the and location as your death unless authorised by staff or the timer has passed
RDM:Random Deathmatch is when you randomly kill or attempt to kill someone for no reason at all....
FailRP:When you are not doing your duty and are not doing your RP right
Player Abuse:When a Player on server is abusing for example swearing , grapple hook etc.
What is ULX?ULX is a very powerful add on used for staff.It is not also the oldest arson on GMod, it is the most powerful add on
Have you ever used ULX before?yes I have because I was once an owner on a deathrun server and it was a very popular server because it was ranked 463rd in the ranking of GMod servers and it went very well until I had to take a break from that server.

You see a player being racist, what do you do?I would ban them for a dependant time depending on the severity of what they have said.Unless it is minimal I would give them a verbal warn or a earn
You see someone being hatefull to owner and staff what do you do?I would warn them for disrespect.
You see a Senior Mod abusing his powers, what do you do?I would report this to a higher member of staff for them to deal with.I would also have to get the proof of them doing this.
You see someone abusing his jetpack or grapple what do you do?This is classed as SWEP Abuse so I would warn them if they didn't stop after I told them.
You see someone is dancing in RP what do you do?tell them if they do it again that they would be waned for failrp.
You see someone advertising what do you do?I would warn them for that.
HeadEP tells you to do something what do you do? listen to him or not listen to him?Dpends on the situation.most of the time I would listen to them.
You see a member of staff uncloaked, and you tell him to cloak, but he decides to ignore you, what do you do?I would report this to another member of staff
We use a +1 and -1 system as reputation. If a member of staff thinks you are good enough. All +1 and -1 must have a valid reason for their choice.

No you never had to take a break, you said this to resign "I have recently been very upset and sad and that might be why you haven't seen me active the past few days. I have made a decision and I am having some very serious family issues at the moment.This is now having to make me not able to be on n-g for a few weeks and I would be demoted anyway. So I am having to leave n-g for a few weeks at the least. :( so it would be best for me to leave rather than be demoted.I hope to come back soon when the issues are sorted out! But for now it is goodbye :(" so just a bit of bs there isnt there?
